I saw a video posted on Facebook about a woman who was caught cheating. I didn't watch the video, but what really upset me was the words used by someone I know, that really saddened me. The word "SLUT!" flaunted quickly and carelessly out in the open. Now, do I condone what the woman did in the video, no. But is there two sides to a story never revealed to the public eye? Always. I actually find it distasteful that the video was leaked. Whether by the boyfriend/husband, who knows. I actually feel bad for her in a sense, both parties. You have to ask yourself what caused such a rift that she would do that, but at the same time, she needed to let the guy go if she no longer loves the previous. We see her cheating, yes. But what's the mans story? While he caught her doing the dirty, was he possibly abusive to her? From what I could tell from the video image, there seemed to be no appearance of bruises, but bruises don't have to be collected and stacked one on another on the outside. I'm not mad at the person, just sad that they would be so quick to judge. I sincerely mean no harm, but words hurt and by being quick to judge someone else's lives/problems, whether a joke or not, hurts. Even by family/friends. When you call someone out like that, you just stooped to their level and made yourself out to be no better than they are.
Edit: I want to at least make it a point that I'm doing my best to not be biased here. Cheating can swing both ways. I feel sorry for any man or woman that may have had this happen to them, but I also need to ask myself why, and not be so quick to judge. The only people who know exactly what happens behind the closed doors of strangers you don't know, are the strangers themselves.

So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.
Jesus faced a mob that was eager to execute a woman caught in adultery. He put a stop to it with a simple challenge: anyone who has no sin in their life should step forward and throw the first stone. That sentence is often cited as a reminder to avoid judging others when there are faults in your own life that need to be addressed.
